November, 2020 Election Guide
The San Lorenzo Valley Water District is governed by a five person Board of Directors elected to four-year terms by registered voters within the District's boundaries. Two of these five terms expire in November, 2020, and four candidates are competing to fill the two open seats.
As a nonpartisan, public-citizen group, Friends of San Lorenzo Valley Water does not endorse individual candidates. Rather, our goal is to maximize public understanding of both the candidates and the important issues currently facing the District. Read our full neutrality statement.

Issues
FSLVW sent all four candidates a questionnaire with seven specific questions about important issues currently facing the District. We requested that all responses be received within ten days (i.e., by September 18th) or as soon after that as feasible. We also invited candidates to share links to campaign websites that provide more information on the candidates' positions. We are posting these responses and links as they are received. To see a candidate’s filing statement and additional information they provided, click on the candidate link above.
Press Coverage
Two of the four candidates declined to respond to the FSLVW questionnaire. The Press Banner has received and published responses from all four candidates to an independent set of questions. Click here to read more.
